Soul Food Cafe II Team

The Soul Food Cafe Ownership and Management Team officially unveiled this restaurant project on Mother's Day, May 10, 2009. Each brought a different skill to the project, but all brought dedication, determination, know-how, and perseverance.

Preparation for ownership came from teachings in the SMART Center, located in the Soul Food Cafe building, from their collective experiences, and their willingness to make a difference in the East St. Louis community.
